It’s important that authors have faith in the editor they choose to work with. Have confidence in my professional ethics and experience through the organizations I’m affiliated with and the positions I’ve held. I keep my professional skills up to date so that authors know I have the necessary knowledge to help them. By providing Training and being involved in Speaking engagements, I am able to expand my Continuous Professional Development (CPD) through the necessary research required when preparing for these events. This has been further enhanced by writing training courses and books, as well as contributing to books, newsletters and blogs. See below for further details.
